Lindsay Goldring
Lindsay’s been deeply involved in animal welfare since 1999, starting in shelters and later mentored by a top UK trainer. Since then, she’s worked with behavior teams and shelters across the U.S. and abroad. She led the Animal Adoption Center in Jackson, WY, then co-founded TIP with her mom in 2014. Lindsay’s big-picture brain and high standards shape everything TIP does, from street-level outreach to system-wide change.

Gene Goldring
Genie’s worn a lot of hats, and now, full-time animal welfare warrior. A lifelong advocate for human and animal justice, she co founded TIP in 2014 with her daughter, Lindsay. She is all-in on prevention, education, and building trust in the neighborhoods TIP serves.

Judit Arroyo
Judit started training dogs at 18 and never stopped. Voted Chicago’s #1 trainer, she’s worked in classrooms in New Orleans, on Zoom consults through TIP’s voucher program, and served on the board of Sit Stay Read. Judit’s High standards show up everywhere in her home life (parenthood, two young daughters) and in her teaching.
Dr. Batt comes from a family of vets and earned his DVM from LSU. After honing his surgical and small animal skills in Lafayette, he returned to New Orleans to open his private practice, where he also serves rescue groups and low-income pet owners. Through TIP, he provides affordable vet care, keeping pets healthy and out of shelters.

Bruce grew up on a farm in Illinois, where animals were just part of the family. He went on to earn an MBA and built his career in companion-animal health, working in vet sales, branding, and start-ups before launching his own consulting group in 2013. He’s all about helping pet-care innovators reach more communities. , Bruce and his rescue pup, Ouiser, remind us why this work matters.

Beth’s career has taken her from telecom to leadership roles in the animal health industry, where she’s spent many years working with major distributors and national brands. She’s business-savvy, deeply kind, and always brings a calm, grounded energy to the table. Beth leads with compassion, and animals and people feel it.

Roni Murphy
Roni’s a retired businessperson with more skills than most teams combined. Her fingerprints are on everything at TIP, from the website to social media to clinic checklists. She keeps us sharp with her eagle eye for detail. Roni is both our harshest critic and our loudest cheerleader, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
