Thanks for understanding we are requiring a $25 deposit for each dog due to the large number of no shows at prior clinics.

Need more assistance? Swing by a Storefront where we are happy to help you register as long as we still have available dog appointments.

Your deposit is the only payment required before the clinic. Please wait until your clinic visit to pay any remaining cost.

All dogs must be on heartworm prevention every single month to be safe from Heartworm Disease!
